Add software development team and LinkedIn profiles
Introduces a new 'Team software development' section in both English and Dutch team pages, adds Erik Torck as a team member with image, and includes LinkedIn profile links for many team members. Also updates the team shortcode to ensure LinkedIn links open in a new tab.
