Remove Chromatic and GSAP dependencies

- Uninstalled chromatic and @chromatic-com/storybook packages
- Uninstalled gsap package
- Removed chromatic npm scripts (chromatic, chromatic:ci, chromatic:review)
- Updated ParallaxScene to use native scroll events instead of GSAP ScrollTrigger
- Updated ProductRoadmap to use CSS transitions instead of GSAP animations
- Both components maintain same visual behavior using their existing fallback implementations
