Update 'Resolving close matches' content (#169)
* Update 'Resolving close matches' content Remove content suggesting it's OK (when resolving close matches) to keep both records then archive one later. This is because users might keep 2 records for the same child, which they shouldn't do. * Further clarifications to 'Resolving close matches'
