Add unit tests

If this repository grows and is used more frequently, it would benefit us to have unit tests (mainly for the helper and utility methods - not necessary for most page model object methods).

Since we already use pytest, I think it would make the most sense to implement the tests with this framework. Then we could run these as part of the CI/CD pipeline

We could also think about integration tests. These could test the testing endpoints (onboarding, reset, etc.) and any other APIs or database connections we use in the future.

If the wrapper functions or APIs are failing, won't the tests fail too? Automated tests are 'self-testing' that way.

I have already found one or two functions that were appearing to work but actually failed in some edge cases - this would have helped there.

While this would be nice to have, I don't think we'll really get any time to work on it.
