Current flaky tests

Issue to track current flaky tests:

Flaky tests for v6.8.0

• tests/test_online_consent_school_moves.py::test_online_consent_school_moves_with_existing_patient
  • "Deadline has passed" warning appears after choosing "No, they go to a different school", (only sometimes, only in github actions) - caused by a known bug in Mavis
• tests/test_psd.py::test_delivering_vaccination_after_psd and others that record vaccinations
  • Vaccine batch doesn't appear when recording vaccination (only sometimes, only in github actions)
