Suggestion: Add details to readme and storybook on using SSR / implementing this library

Some teams have been able to use this library with server side rendering (SSR) - but it's not easy and it's not obvious it's possible.

Server side rendering is preferred for teams as it helps follow progressive enhancement principles, which are a requirement of the service standard.

Suggest we add details of how to do SSR to the repo and detail any plans we might have to make it easier in the future. This might help avoid more ports being made rather than teams contributing to one library.

I've removed 'use client'; and enabled server-side rendering (SSR) for all components in:

• Upgrade to NHS.UK frontend v10.0.0 and support SSR #267
