Dpsp stickers (#325)

- Updated "Mission patches" page title and description to include "other
stickers"
- Added new "Other stickers" section with 5 stickers celebrating DPSP
values and events
- Renamed "Print specifications" to "Mission patch print specifications"
section to clarify it's for mission patches
