Create infrastructure to support the ontology browsing tool

Description

Currently the Ontology Browsing tool has been developed leveraging the BioThings Taxonomy API in order to browse the NCBI Taxonomy ontology for species or infectiousAgent terms. The next step is to enable browsing of the EDAM Topics ontology (since the topicCategory property uses this single ontology).

Ontologies currently in use in the Discovery Portal

• species, infectiousAgent: NCBI Taxonomy (Compatible with Ontology browser already)
• topicCategory: EDAM Topics Ontology (latest, unstable version)

Multi-ontology properties:

• healthCondition: MONDO, HPO, DO, NCIT
• measurementTechnique: Subset of MMO, CHMO, BAO, OBI, EFO, EDAM Topics, NCIT
• variableMeasured: TBD
