Align metadata used for filters and disease pages
Issue Description
Currently, some of the metadata used for the filters on the search results page do not match what's currently used for the Disease page visualizations for the same filters.
For example, the Disease page visualization may uses pathogen.name; however, the search result filters actually use pathogen.displayName.raw to ensure proper capitalization in the search result filters.
The metadata used for both the searches coming from Disease page visualizations and the metadata used for the search result filters should be aligned so that the results will the same and the UI can display a single tag which will be reflected with the filter being selected by default. Otherwise, it will look like this on the front end:
