AI-assisted search documentation

Issue Description

At some point, we will need documentation in the knowledge center to clarify how AI is being used to improve the search results and information on what the AI-assisted search does or does NOT do.

It would also be good to include some language that clarifies how our use of AI does not violate any of the policies on AI usage documented here: https://osp.od.nih.gov/policies/artificial-intelligence/

The actual screenshots and how to use the AI-assisted search can be added later as the UI gets fleshed out
