Customer has interest in being able to add tags to the group name

Currently the log file can be called something similar to {Log File}{Month}{Day}{Year}{Time}. A customer is interested in having this ability in the group name in order to create unique group names instead of , #1, #2, etc. when appending to an existing file. Or instead of #1, #2 the customer would prefer to see the timestamp appended to the name.
