https://cascade.docs.nlnetlabs.nl/en/latest/installation.html uses sudo in the example instructions, e.g. sudo apt install cascade.
https://cascade.docs.nlnetlabs.nl/en/latest/building.html does not use sudo in the example instructions, e.g. apt install build-essential.
