Support Amber trajectories

There are a few amber trajectories (see https://zenodo.org/records/1250975)

both prmtop (topology) and nc/netcdf (trajectory) files can be read my mdanalysis. should we quickly add support for amber trajectories?

It's not that quick. Here is the approximate TODO list for this task:

• Add a small testing system to ToyData
• Add prmtop and nc/netcdf possibilities to Simulation schema
• Add them to the documentation page about simulation schema
• Add the supported software and check how software key is processed in all the analysis parts
• Modify upload-portal to allow these fields.
• Check that UniverseConstructor works properly with it.
