New alphabet character - exclamation mark !

There is a new character used in the game that is not yet present in the font. It is present in the Anomaly forcefield and has the following full text:

CAUTION
NO ENTRY!

It is part of the 'hologramscrolls.dds' texture file

This would make alphabet now be as follows:

Would be nice to see the Expedition Alphabet updated as well as the True Type Font that was created. Not sure if @seontonppa is still around.

Hey! I'm currently on a break from NMS but I can definitely update the font! I will search up the project and create the new character. Thanks for fetching the texture file!
