Hide away no-longer relevant pinecard

We should have a "previous_grids" or something folder to move away old runcards that are no longer to be used once. For instance when #184 is merged, there's no point on keeping the NLO ones.

We should also change all names to the names of the datasets instead of the grids. If a dataset needs more than one pinecard then they can be _RUN1 _RUN2 or whatever (this is mostly the case already, most likely will only require to change some DY to Z0/WP/WM see #179 )
