[Bug Report]: New wind port plot does not work

From a fresh, clean build of ecodata@pre-production, ecodata::plot_wind_port() does not work.

ecodata::plot_wind_port()

Additional information

ecodata::plot_wind_port seems to now have an object called "all_data" as a default dependency of a new data argument. This object does not exist. There are no valid arguments for this new data argument. There have been no updates to the documentation or help file that can guide troubleshooting of this issue.

@jcaracappa1 if this cannot be quickly or easily fixed, we need to revert the pull request that brought it into ecodata@pre-production.

I think we just need to roll back #362 and fix this later
