function to pull longest time series

May be good to have a function that pulls the longest time series for any given species for any given metric.

for example currently if you pull the latest abundance/biomass data from an assessment for Goosefish

get_latest_metrics(itis = 164499,metrics="Abundance")

returns data from 2009-2015 where an assessment in 2013 has data from 1980-2011
