* The GSI convinfo files and cloud processing code are updated to utilize GOES-19 satellite data.

   * Retrieve the v5.1.20 branch from GitHub
   * Retrieve the following files/directories from /lfs/h1/ops/prod/packages/rap.v5.1.19:
      * exec/
      * fix/
      * parm/rap_QNWFA_QNIFA_Monthly_GFS
      * parm/rap_run*
      * sorc/rap_wrfpost.fd/gtg*
      * sorc/rap_wrfpost.fd/map_routines.f90
      * sorc/rap_wrfpost.fd/rap_gtg.config
   * Retrieve the following fix file from Cactus or Dogwood (can't store fix files on Github):
      * /lfs/h2/emc/lam/noscrub/Benjamin.Blake/nwprod/rap.v5.1.20/fix/rap_nam_regional_convinfo
   * Recompile the rap_process_cloud source code using sorc/build_rap_all.sh.  I've updated build_rap_all.sh within rap.v5.1.20 to only build this code instead of all the codes.

   * Test the RAP processing and analysis tasks for a single cycle.  A full cycle test is not needed.
   * These changes should be implemented alongside hrrr.v4.1.19.
