WW3 installation error

A follow-up of the earlier request,
I am new to WW3, and my new assignment requires me to heavily rely on WW3 products. and as one of the user forum members, i thought you could help me with basics so that i can start having some products.

I have tried setting my linux in WSL, and cloned the WW#.

./model/bin/w3_setup /home/simiyu/WW#/model -c tmpl -s Ifremer1

then made the switches executable as attached:

i did this:

then i did sudo make install, which executed.

now i am stuck here

So how do I proceed, as it is not giving me a way out.

I have tried to change the switch to NCEP_st4, but i am still getting errors with with ctest 1, as attached:

Dear Dakitari,

You should use cmake to compile WW3,
