Difficulty Installing and Running the Model with MPI

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to get this model up and running, but I’m hitting a wall with MPI setup. Even though I have OpenMPI installed, it feels like the CPU cores are doing their own thing instead of working together in parallel.
Full disclosure—I’m pretty new to Linux and just starting to figure things out, so I’ve been relying on AI to walk me through the install step by step.

The whole process has been a bit of a struggle, especially since I’m still getting familiar with coding and open-source tools. If anyone’s got tips or can point me to a more detailed guide (or even better, a troubleshooting section), that’d be amazing!
