Representative set of switches for testing build automatically

While it is unrealistic to test every single switch combination automatically via GitHub actions, it would be nice to add a feature to test that we can build a certain set of switches when a PR is made. Additionally the set of switches in the model/bin directory are also not a comprehensive set. What would be?

My thought is you would need to test:

• Each source term (ST1, ST2, etc)
• Each propagation scheme (PR1, PR2, etc)
• Switches used for different grid types: PDLIB, SMC
• MPI and SHRD

Other thoughts or suggestions?
