As a developer, if an evaluation with posted data fails while in queue (e.g., during serialization after posting data), I expect the posted input data to NOT be removed.

Evidence to the contrary: see VLab ticket 153073 and #692. An evaluation with posted data encountered an error during declaration serialization, but the data that was posted is no longer found in production. The job id for that evaluation is in the VLab ticket and you can find the names of the posted data files (now removed) by grepping the for that job in the tasker log for Dec 13, 2025.
