I think AirQualitySensor Characteristic Properties allow for:
CarbonDioxideDetected
CarbonDioxideLevel
and maybe some others, https://developer.apple.com/documentation/homekit/hmcharacteristictypeairquality
Injecting {"foo":"bar"} doesn't report those, however I use CO2 characteristics (reading data from SPS30+SCD41) with NRCHKB without any problems.

Sure, https://nrchkb.github.io/wiki/service/air-quality-sensor/#title does show properties, same as I can get injecting {"foo":"bar"}. What I'm trying to say is that CO2 properties are not listed there, while they do work.
