torch2trt installation fails with new pip's version (25.3)

The torch2trt installation fails with the new version of pip (25.3) as pip now isolates every single build. 

Even though torch2trt needs tensorrt to be installed, there is not a pyproject.toml indicating that tensorrt is required.
