Support for 'image_proc/crop_decimate'

Hi,

I would like to obtain a cropped image after the rectification stage. Perhaps there is a way to do this with the existing nodes but if not is there a way to add this node?

We don't have cropping in Isaac ROS Image Pipeline yet but we'll look to add it in an upcoming release as resize/crop.
