Build ERROR: release-3.2 checkout.

Hello,

I found Error like below based on below link guide.

ERROR:

It seems to update on isaac_ros_common last week.

I would appreciate if you check the behavior of this with Ubuntu22.04
and tell us how to solve this issue.
