The legacy API uses export_pytorch_ensemble to generate an NVT+Transformers4Rec example. As NVT+Transformers4Rec is possible with Merlin Systems, we should update the example to use Merlin Systems:

Additional context
We do not provide an example with NVT+Transformers4Rec where Transformers4Rec uses the python backend.
