Facing issues in setting up the chat

I am trying to setup and evaluate the guardrails but facing the issue while running the nemoguardrails chat.
the error is

I have build the NemoGuardrails locally. config files entries inside the config directory is

models:

any help in resolving this issue?

As the messages says, this is very likely due to an older openai version being used. See https://community.openai.com/t/attributeerror-module-openai-has-no-attribute-chatcompletion/81490/44 for some more context.
It may happen that it somehow still uses an older version, especially if it was installed globally.

What's the exact command you're using to start the chat?
