Was parakeet-tdt-0.6b trained on full granary or subset

I downloaded granary manifests and the duration is more than 200K hours. But parakeet was trained on 110K hours from granary. https://huggingface.co/nvidia/parakeet-tdt-0.6b-v2

I wonder two things

1. why not the whole set
2. how the subset was sampled? with WER filter or random?
3. are my findings correct?
