First install hangs on pip uninstall -y nvidia-cudnn-cu11

to resolve this I ran

source /opt/stable-diffusion-webui/venv/bin/activate
pip uninstall -y nvidia-cudnn-cu11

then restarted by stable diffusion instance, and it completed the TensorRT installation

Unfortunately, on my RTX 3060 LHR 12GB
I did not notice any speed gains from using TensorRT

Maybe I need to enable something somewhere ?
