[Feature]: AutoDeploy: combined per-transform visualization

🚀 The feature, motivation and pitch

• [None][feat] Export ONNX for DriveOS LLM #10117 adds static visualization
• [#8460][feat] Revive and simplify Model Explorer visualization integration #10150 reviewes the GUI-based visualization from model explorer

Let's combine both visualization such that

1. they can be configured together
2. they can be turned on / off for each transform
3. they are controlled/called in the same place (call function of base transform)
