[BUG] PDLP synchronization issue when triggering from python #741
Description
Describe the bug
The changes to use different streams for batched PDLP is causing inconsistency and triggers loop in a test, this has been fixed with a workaround in #740. But this might inhibit performance and needs a better approach to handle.
Steps/Code to reproduce bug
If you remove the code change from #740, you can test this with following python test case.
Expected behavior
Should pass similar to cli in 0.5 second
