Doxygen insert into trunk folder tree

Thank you for sharing your code, I suggest this mod to your code base: a simple Doxygen file in the top directory
Doxyfile.zip

This will quickly generate doxygen documentation in a doc folder and index your files like in the attached pictures:

I recommend the following makefile recipe to make it easy to use

.phony dox
dox:
 doxygen

so you can "make dox" to make it generate inside a doc folder.
