Can this tool/software be used to output a 3D Voxel Map to a file?

I would like to try and use this tool, to convert 2D sprites of computer/video game OpenXcom or XCom to 3D voxels.

(Perhaps those sprites a bit to tiny, or perhaps isometric display/pictures/sprites are too difficult for this algorithm or perhaps it might work, since pictures seem to be taken from different angles ! ;))
