volumetric video capture

is it possible to do volumetric video capture with this technology?
or is this still in development?
it would be very nice to integrate this because normally volumetric video capture needs +-200 cameras but with this method it would probably just need 10.
if it is not possible yet it could be easily integrated by converting the videos to frames and it generates a volume for all frame 0001.jpg of every video then to the next frame 0002.jpg and it generates a 3d moving scene like that.
with some smoothing between frames this should look pretty good with this tech.
