We need reports for

• centerline preferred B7SCs missing from StreetName and FeatureName
• segment endpoints not joined to nodes
• both offset points of segment missing ap
• centerline stored SEGLOCSTATUS doesn't match calculated segment locational status
• neither joined ap borough matches segment's borough
• both offset points missing NYPD BEAT
• proto segment unable to find zip code (so missing segmentid, or fails to join)
