Description
It should have better wording and more clear description.
O: Who is this readme intended for?
A: What is Notio? What is its vision?
B: Where can Notio be found (presently goes back to a previous version)
C: How to use this package (install yarn, use yarn, yarn start and yarn test)
D: What is the process of contribution? (Ie. the develop branch structure)
E: A brief overview of the architecture (how its deployed and folder structure)
Optional:
F: How to contribute (In general, Plugins, etc. if that is something we want to open up for)
