[FR] Send message once per user

It would be great if I can autoreply on any message but to prevent spamming the same, limiting the autoreply to replying once (as first message in the new chat) would be nice!

Usecase: people start messaging me with questions and I want to have a quick explaining message being sent out once. When they send me another message, I don't wanna trigger the autoreply anymore with a second same message
