Stable continuous scrolling #780

Describe the feature
We need the app to either have another action for a stable and continuous scrolling, or swipe action gets improved with it. Setting the 'Repeat delay' for Swipe to zero still makes the swipe/scrolling to pause then quickly resume. We need that consistent infinite scrolling that doesn't pause anytime a few moments later.
Describe the usage
Very useful in cases where you need scrolling to be as consistent as possible like reading online or a more complex scenario/usecase that requires precision/accurate scrolling.
