As a noob, I followed your instructions and got an error that "No providers available: Error: No agents.config.json found. Please create a configuration file with provider settings." I suggest that you either ask to automatically create a default file or give the user more instructions as a response. I firmly believe in lowering the entry level for noobs will enhance acceptance.

Hey @delbertaud - thanks for opening this issue! I agree. This is related to Issue #41 where we'll make it clearer and easier to setup Nanocoder in various directories with various configs! Will keep this issue open until that is closed and finished :)
