Description

The French and German translation files have not been updated in a while and need to be updated now.

Expected Behavior

Naomi should translate all string literals in the interface to French and German.

Actual Behavior

A lot of strings in the interface right now have not been translated, so come out in English instead of the user's selected language.

Possible Fix

Enough has changed over the last year that it's time to dump the original translation files and start over. I'll clean out the locale directories and generate new files with new headers and put in the translations I can, but will need help from native French and German speakers to vet the translations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Naomi selecting either French or German as language
2. Naomi speaks a combination of that language and English.
