Remove Windows one-click package section

Delete the 'Windows 一键包' section from .github/prompt/default.md, removing the lightweight one-click deployment instructions, reference to NapCat.Shell.Windows.OneKey.zip, and related tutorial notes. Keeps the version header and warning section intact.
