SAM-EM LCOE/`Electricity breakeven price` field name discrepancy

For SAM Economic Models, LCOE is output as Electricity breakeven price, a decision originally made for backwards-compatibility/continuity reasons. However, due to the numerical nature of the cash flow analysis, Electricity breakeven price is not (usually) the 'actual' breakeven price, and thus this output label is misleading and essentially incorrect.

The name of the field should ideally be switched to some variant of "LCOE". The major version bump to 4.0¹ may be a reasonable time to make this change.

The web interface partially mitigates this issue by displaying the field as Electricity breakeven price (LCOE) and showing the partially-clarifying tooltip text on hover:
