Minimum size of heat sink for CST SAM model #573
Description
When the size of the heat sink input to the model
Fixes required:
- Include all served loads in heat sink calculation, not just process heat
- Add lower bound for minimum heat sink size in SAM case preparation
- Warn the user if the CST results show a system size below the minimum viable heat sink size for the production profile
