AoC input file line ending change

I noticed today that any input files downloaded recently have been changed to use LF line endings instead of CR LF, which the input files originally used. I'm not sure when this change happened but I only just noticed it.

This may not affect anyone but me, but it broke my solution in assembly and I thought I'd make everyone aware.
