Cannot run the H3 grid after install H3 using python

I still cannot use the H3 grid after installing the H3 python ; what to do

I checked it and it is working correctly. If you have multiple versions of QGIS you will need to install h3 in each one using the OSGeo4W shell and 'pip install h3'. I am no longer an employee and am not longer working on this plugin so I cannot help debug the issue but if you install H3 correctly it will work.
