Add GoAccess

I was looking for some form of analytics that doesn't depend on injecting JavaScript and this seems to be it. It reads logs. It supports Caddy's log format. That should be good enough.

The only way to view the web interface of GoAccess is with a HTML file. This makes it very difficult for me to use it behind Caddy then Authentik. Luckily, someone else has had a similar problem and is offering a pull request. I will have to wait for this to be merged and deployed before I can consider using GoAccess.

I figured that it was possible to both serve the websocket and serve a file server via Caddy.

Now all I'm missing is to stop hard-coding the domain name and to find a way to use environment variables.
