Ghost Calibrations

Do you get calibrations that you do not enter?
Please see this issue: NightscoutFoundation#1266
If yes, please provide the following information in a post in this thread.
I would like to collect some data without cluttering that issue.

• The hardware data source. You can see it on Settings -> Hardware Data Source
• A screenshot of Settings -> Less common settings -> Advanced Calibration
• A screenshot of Settings -> Less common settings -> Advanced Calibration -> Use Treatment BG values
