I always wait until the transmitter voltages are populated before I start. I have never experienced a sensor start failure since I have done that. So, that's what I always advise to others. I wonder if we can make any changes to the behavior of xDrip to reduce the number of inexperienced users having their first sensor start fail. |

Uninstalled xDrip. Deleted the xdrip folder.
Installed xDrip May 21, 2021.
Was asked to choose my Glucose units. Chose 5.5.
Source Wizard started automatically.
Chose G4, G5 & G6.
Chose G6.
Answered "YES" to "Are you sure? Set data source to G6"?
Entered a made-up Firefly serial number 8G8XGY.
