Version 2 #9
Description
Discussing stuff to be changed for version 2:
- Rephrasing the "No estimates" part - that does NOT mean no feedback
- Rephrasing the "Minimal communication" part - it's minimal regarding interruptions, scope and frequency. It does NOT mean no or restricted communication, it DOES mean no useless one, a.k.a. "I probably don't need to go to that meeting".
- Adding the notion of task priority : no restriction towards picking a task with a lower priority, but there should be a bias toward tasks with high priority.
